About 2048 Cupcakes

2048 Cupcakes is a free, fan-made cupcake version of the classic 2048 puzzle. You slide the board, merge matching cupcakes into fancier ones, and try to bake the Christmas Cupcake at 2048. There are three editions to play: the classic 2048 Cupcakes, the 2048 Cupcakes Christmas edition and the 2048 Cupcakes Halloween edition. New players can start with how to play 2048 Cupcakes, look up every tile on the cupcake list and pick up a plan from the 2048 Cupcakes tips.

Made for this site

The game code and every cupcake on this site were made for it. The cupcakes are drawn as vector graphics, so they stay sharp on any screen, from a small phone to a large monitor. We did not copy the code or the art from any other 2048 version.

Where the idea comes from

This site is inspired by 2048, the open-source game by Gabriele Cirulli, released in 2014. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the original 2048 or any other 2048 Cupcakes version.

No accounts, no downloads

There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to install. Your board and best score are saved in your own browser, separately for each edition. If you clear your site data, your saved games go with it.
