How to play 2048 Cupcakes Christmas
The rules are the same as in 2048 Cupcakes. Slide the board with the arrow keys, WASD or a swipe. Two matching cupcakes that touch merge into the next one up, and your score grows by the value of the new tile. A Sugar Cookie Cupcake (2), or sometimes a Candy Cane Cupcake (4), lands on an empty square after every move. Fill the board with no matches left and the game is over, though Undo can take back the last move.

- Park your biggest cupcake in a bottom corner and keep it there.
- Slide mostly down and to one side; use the third direction only when stuck.
- Line up cupcakes along the bottom row from biggest to smallest, so one merge sets off the next.

Each edition has its own saved game and its own best score, so you can switch between them without losing a run.
Can I play it outside December?
Yes, the Christmas edition is playable all year. The Halloween edition is always open too.
